Controls and Ports
- Power Button: Located on the right earcup. Used for power on/off, pairing, and call management.
- Volume Up/Next Track Button: Located on the right earcup.
- Volume Down/Previous Track Button: Located on the right earcup.
- ANC/Ambient Mode Button: Located on the right earcup. Toggles Active Noise Canceling and Ambient Mode.
- USB-C Charging Port: Located on the right earcup for charging.
- 3.5mm AUX Port: Located on the left earcup for wired audio connection.

Setup
Charging Your Headphones
Before first use, fully charge your headphones. Use the provided USB-C charging cable.
- Connect the USB-C end of the charging cable to the USB-C port on the right earcup of your headphones.
- Connect the other end of the cable to a USB power source (e.g., wall adapter, computer USB port).
- The LED indicator will show charging status. It will typically turn off or change color when fully charged.
A 10-minute charge provides approximately 3 hours of listening time (Rapid Charge feature). A full charge provides up to 22 hours of battery life with ANC enabled.

Bluetooth Pairing
To connect your headphones to a device:
- Ensure your headphones are powered off.
- Press and hold the Power Button for 5 seconds until the LED indicator flashes blue and red, indicating pairing mode.
- On your device (smartphone, tablet, computer), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
- Select “Hesh ANC” from the list of available devices.
- Once connected, the LED indicator will flash blue periodically.
Your headphones will automatically reconnect to the last paired device when powered on, if the device's Bluetooth is active and within range.
Operating Instructions
Power On/Off
- Power On: Press and hold the Power Button for 3 seconds.
- Power Off: Press and hold the Power Button for 4-5 seconds.
Active Noise Canceling (ANC) and Ambient Mode
The Hesh ANC headphones feature 4-mic Active Noise Canceling to reduce ambient noise and an Ambient Mode to hear your surroundings.

- Press the ANC/Ambient Mode Button once to cycle through modes:
- Active Noise Canceling (ANC) On: Reduces external noise.
- Ambient Mode On: Allows you to hear your surroundings while audio plays.
- ANC Off: Standard listening mode without noise cancellation.
Music Controls
- Play/Pause: Press the Power Button once.
- Next Track: Press the Volume Up/Next Track Button for 2 seconds.
- Previous Track: Press the Volume Down/Previous Track Button for 2 seconds.
Call Controls
- Answer/End Call: Press the Power Button once.
- Reject Call: Press and hold the Power Button for 2 seconds.
Volume Control
- Volume Up: Press the Volume Up/Next Track Button once.
- Volume Down: Press the Volume Down/Previous Track Button once.
Tile Finding Technology
Your Hesh ANC headphones are equipped with Tile finding technology. To use this feature:
- Download the Tile app on your smartphone or tablet.
- Follow the in-app instructions to register your Skullcandy Hesh ANC headphones.
- Once registered, you can use the Tile app to locate your headphones if they are misplaced.

Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe the headphones with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
