Setup Guide
1. App Installation
Download the CloudEdge app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Create an account and log in.
2. Device Pairing
- Ensure your doorbell is fully charged.
- Open the CloudEdge app and tap 'Add Device'.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to connect the doorbell to your 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. (Note: 5GHz Wi-Fi is not supported).
- Pair the wireless chime by pressing its pairing button and then pressing the doorbell button.
3. Physical Installation
The XTU J10 doorbell is 100% wireless, offering flexible installation. Choose a location near your front door with good Wi-Fi signal strength.
- Mounting Options: Use the included screws and anchors for a secure wall mount, or the double-sided adhesive tape for a less permanent solution.
- Angle Bracket: The included angle bracket allows you to adjust the viewing angle from -45 to +45 degrees, ensuring optimal coverage of your entrance area.
Operating Instructions
PIR Motion Detection & Custom Zones
The doorbell features Passive Infrared (PIR) motion detection to alert you to activity at your door. You can customize motion detection zones within the CloudEdge app to reduce false alerts from busy areas like sidewalks or roads, optimizing battery life.
Two-Way Audio & Voice Changer
Communicate with visitors at your door using the built-in microphone and speaker for clear real-time two-way audio. For added privacy, the doorbell includes a voice changer feature, allowing you to select from original, uncle, or clown voices.
1080p HD Video & Night Vision
The doorbell captures video in Full HD 1080p resolution with a 166-degree wide-angle view, providing clear images and recordings. Integrated infrared lights enable crisp night vision up to 10 meters (33 feet), ensuring visibility even in complete darkness.
Smart Home Integration (Alexa & Google Assistant)

Maintenance
Battery Life and Charging

Troubleshooting
- Doorbell not connecting to Wi-Fi: Ensure you are connecting to a 2.4GHz network. Check Wi-Fi signal strength at the installation location. Restart your router and the doorbell.
- Frequent false alerts: Adjust the motion detection sensitivity and customize motion zones in the CloudEdge app to exclude high-traffic areas.
- Chime not working: Ensure the chime is powered on and properly paired with the doorbell. Re-pair if necessary. Check the chime's battery if it's battery-powered.
- Poor video quality: Ensure the camera lens is clean. Check your Wi-Fi connection stability and bandwidth.
- Battery draining quickly: Reduce motion detection sensitivity, shorten recording duration, or decrease the frequency of live view access. Ensure the doorbell is not in an area with constant motion.
