2.2 Removing Transit Bolts

2.3 Leveling the Machine
Use a spirit level to ensure the machine is perfectly level. Adjust the adjustable feet at the bottom of the machine until it is stable and does not wobble.
2.4 Water and Drainage Connections
- Connect the inlet hose to a cold water tap and to the water inlet valve on the back of the machine. Ensure connections are tight to prevent leaks.
- Position the drain hose into a standpipe or over the edge of a sink, ensuring it is securely fixed to prevent displacement during draining.

3.1 Control Panel Overview

3.2 Loading Laundry and Detergent

- Pause & Add: Allows you to pause a running cycle and add forgotten items. Press the Start/Pause button, wait for the door to unlock, add items, then close the door and press Start/Pause again.
- Delay End: Set a delayed end time for your wash cycle, useful for taking advantage of off-peak electricity rates or having laundry ready at a specific time.
3.5 Starting and Ending a Cycle
Press the Start/Pause button to begin the selected program. The machine will automatically proceed through the wash, rinse, and spin phases. Once the cycle is complete, the machine will signal, and the door will unlock.
4. Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your appliance.
4.1 Drum Clean Function
The Hisense Drum Clean feature performs a 95℃ deep clean of the washing machine drum, helping to remove detergent residue and bacteria. It is recommended to run this cycle periodically, especially if you frequently use low-temperature washes.
4.2 Cleaning the Detergent Dispenser
Remove the detergent dispenser drawer and rinse it under running water to remove any accumulated detergent or softener residue. Clean the housing of the dispenser as well.
4.3 Cleaning the Filter
Locate the drain pump filter, usually at the bottom front of the machine. Place a shallow container underneath to catch any water. Unscrew the filter slowly to drain water, then remove and clean any lint or debris. Reinsert and tighten securely.
4.4 Exterior Cleaning
Wipe the exterior surfaces of the machine with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
