Setup
Battery Installation
The HL-20 Pistol Light is powered by two CR123A batteries. Ensure correct polarity during installation.
- Unlock: Apply force to the spring lock and pull it upwards to unlock the battery compartment.
- Insert Batteries: Place two CR123A batteries into the compartment, observing the polarity indicators (+/-).
- Close: Hold the tail cap firmly and then close the spring lock until it clicks securely into place.

Mounting to Firearm Rail
The HL-20 is designed for universal compatibility with most rail-equipped handguns. It comes with 5 different Locating Keys (GL, TSW/99, 90two, P320, and 1913) to ensure a secure fit.
- Select Key: Choose the appropriate rail locating key for your firearm's rail type. The GL key is pre-installed. Use the provided Allen wrench to change keys if necessary.
- Attach Light: Loosen the rail clamp tension bolt. Align the light with your firearm's Picatinny rail and slide it into position.
- Secure Light: Tighten the rail clamp tension bolt firmly using the provided Allen wrench or a flathead screwdriver until the light is securely attached and does not wobble.

Operating Instructions
The HL-20 features an ambidextrous switch for easy operation.
- Momentary On: Press and hold either side of the switch for momentary illumination. Release to turn off.
- Constant On: Press and quickly release either side of the switch to activate constant illumination. Press again to turn off.
