5. Setup
The VEVOR Portable All-in-One Diesel Heater is designed for easy, no-installation setup, making it ideal for temporary heating needs. Follow these steps for initial setup:
5.1 Unpacking and Inspection
- Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
- Inspect the heater and all accessories for any signs of damage during transit. Contact customer support if any damage is found.
- Ensure all items listed in the "Package Contents" section are present.
5.2 Placement
- Place the heater on a stable, level, and non-combustible surface.
- Ensure adequate clearance around the heater for proper airflow and to prevent fire hazards. Maintain at least 30 cm (12 inches) from walls or other objects.
- Position the heater so that the hot air outlet is directed towards the area to be heated, and the exhaust pipe can be safely routed outside.
5.3 Fueling
- Ensure the heater is turned off and cool before adding fuel.
- Open the fuel tank cap and carefully pour diesel fuel into the 5L tank. Do not overfill.
- Securely close the fuel tank cap after fueling.
5.4 Exhaust and Air Connections
- Connect the exhaust pipe to the heater's exhaust port and route it safely outside the heated space. Use the provided clamps and brackets to secure it. Ensure exhaust fumes cannot re-enter the space.
- Connect the air inlet and outlet pipes as needed, ensuring they are not obstructed.

6. Operating Instructions
The VEVOR diesel heater offers multiple control methods for convenience.
6.1 Powering On/Off
- To Power On: Press and hold the power button on the LCD control panel or the remote control. The heater will initiate a startup sequence.
- To Power Off: Press and hold the power button. The heater will enter a cool-down phase before completely shutting down. Do not disconnect power during the cool-down phase.
6.2 Temperature Adjustment
- Use the up/down arrows on the LCD panel or remote control to set your desired temperature between 8℃ and 36℃ (46℉ and 96.8℉).
- The heater will automatically adjust its output to maintain the set temperature.
6.3 Control Methods
- LCD Control Panel: The integrated LCD panel allows direct control over all functions, including power, temperature, and timer settings.
