Introduction
Thank you for choosing the SIEPUNK Frameless Tri-Fold Pivot Bathtub Shower Door. This manual provides essential information for the safe and correct installation, operation, and maintenance of your new shower door. Please read these instructions thoroughly before beginning installation and keep this manual for future reference.
Safety Information
Your safety is paramount. Please observe the following precautions:
- Always wear appropriate personal protective equipment, including safety glasses and gloves, during installation.
- Handle glass panels with extreme care. Tempered glass is strong but can shatter if struck at the edges or corners.
- Ensure the installation surface (wall, bathtub rim) is structurally sound and capable of supporting the weight of the shower door.
- Use only the provided hardware or equivalent high-quality, load-bearing fasteners suitable for your wall type.
- Do not attempt to install this product alone. Two or more people are required due to the size and weight of the glass panels.
- Keep children and pets away from the installation area.

Setup and Installation
Careful installation is crucial for the proper function and longevity of your shower door. Follow these steps precisely.
1. Determine Installation Side (Reversible)
The shower door is designed for reversible installation, allowing it to be mounted on either the left or right side of your bathtub opening, depending on your bathroom layout and preference.

2. Wall Profile Installation
- Position the wall profile against the wall at the desired height, ensuring it is plumb and level.
- Mark the drilling points through the pre-drilled holes in the wall profile.
- Drill holes into the wall using an appropriate drill bit for your wall material. Insert wall anchors if necessary.
- Secure the wall profile to the wall using the provided screws. Ensure a tight and stable fit.
3. Hinge and Glass Panel Assembly
The hinges connect the glass panels and allow for the folding mechanism. Refer to Figure 3 for a visual guide.

- Step 1: Unscrew the hinge components to separate the clamping plates.
- Step 2: Place the rubber gaskets onto the glass panels where the hinges will be attached. These gaskets protect the glass and provide a secure grip.
- Step 3: Position the hinge plates on either side of the glass panel, ensuring the rubber gaskets are correctly seated. Insert the screw washers.
- Step 4: Align the screw holes and insert the screws.
- Step 5: Using the provided spanner, carefully tighten the screws. Do not overtighten, as this can damage the glass. Ensure the glass is held firmly but without excessive pressure.
- Step 6: Once all screws are tightened, place the screw cap covers over the exposed screw heads for a finished appearance and to prevent corrosion.
- Repeat this process for all glass panels and hinges, connecting them sequentially.
4. Sealing
Proper sealing prevents water leakage.

- Install the silicone sealing strips along the bottom edge of the glass panels and between the panels where they meet.
- Trim the strips to the correct length using a utility knife. Ensure a snug fit to create a watertight seal.
- Apply a bead of silicone sealant along the exterior joint where the wall profile meets the wall and the bathtub rim for additional waterproofing. Allow adequate drying time before use.
Operating Instructions
Your SIEPUNK shower door is designed for smooth and convenient operation.

- Opening: Gently push the outermost glass panel inward or outward. The pivot hinges allow the panels to swing 180 degrees, providing ample space for entry and exit.
- Folding: To maximize space, fold the panels inward towards the wall. The tri-fold design allows the panels to stack neatly.
- Closing: Extend the panels fully to create a complete shower enclosure. Ensure all panels are aligned to prevent water splashing.
Maintenance
Regular cleaning and maintenance will ensure the longevity and appearance of your shower door.
Glass Cleaning

- The glass features an Ultralux nano-coating for easy cleaning and reduced limescale buildup.
- After each use, wipe down the glass panels with a soft cloth or squeegee to remove water droplets.
- For general cleaning, use a mild, non-abrasive glass cleaner and a soft cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive pads, or scouring powders, as these can damage the coating and glass surface.
- Rinse thoroughly with water after cleaning.
Hinge and Frame Care

- Wipe down the matte black aluminum frame and hinges with a soft, damp cloth.
- Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents on the frame and hinges, as they can damage the finish.
- Periodically check all screws and fasteners for tightness. Tighten gently if necessary, but do not overtighten.
Sealing Strips
- Inspect silicone sealing strips regularly for wear or damage. Replace them if they become brittle, cracked, or lose their sealing effectiveness.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues with your shower door, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Water leakage from bottom or sides | Improperly installed or damaged sealing strips; insufficient silicone sealant. | Inspect and adjust or replace sealing strips. Reapply silicone sealant where necessary, ensuring a continuous bead. |
| Door panels do not align or close properly | Hinges are loose or misaligned; wall profile not plumb. | Check and tighten hinge screws. Verify the wall profile is plumb and adjust if possible. |
| Difficulty opening or closing panels | Hinges are stiff or dirty; obstruction. | Clean hinges and apply a silicone-based lubricant if needed. Check for any obstructions in the door's path. |
| Glass appears cloudy or stained | Limescale or soap scum buildup. | Clean with a mild glass cleaner. For stubborn stains, use a specialized limescale remover safe for glass, then rinse thoroughly. Regular wiping after use helps prevent this. |
