2. Product Overview
Monitor Display and Features
The VESAFE TPMS monitor provides accurate real-time data for each connected tire, cycling through all tires every 5 seconds. It features a large screen for clear visibility and includes alert icons for various conditions, such as low sensor battery.

Alarm Modes for Driving Safety
The system is equipped with 5 alarm modes to alert you to potential tire issues, ensuring safer driving. These include alarms for high/low tire pressure, high temperature, rapid tire leakage, and low sensor battery life. Alert values are adjustable to suit your specific vehicle requirements.

Automatic Connection and Sleep Mode
The monitor automatically enters/exits sleep mode based on movement detection. For tow vehicles with trailers, the TPMS automatically connects or disconnects based on distance detection, simplifying operation when hitching or unhitching.

3. Setup
Sensor Installation
The included sensors are designed with an anti-theft mechanism. To install, thread the hex nut onto the tire valve stem, then screw the sensor onto the valve stem. Tighten the hex nut against the sensor using the provided wrench to secure it in place. Ensure a snug fit to prevent air leakage and theft.

Monitor Placement Options
The monitor can be mounted in two primary ways:
- Windshield Mounting: Use the provided suction cup to attach the monitor to your vehicle's windshield for optimal viewing.
- Dashboard Mounting: Secure the monitor to your dashboard using the included plastic panel and screws for a more permanent installation.

Initial Monitor Setup and Pairing
Upon first use or after replacing sensors, the monitor will automatically attempt to connect with the sensors. Ensure all sensors are installed and within range. The monitor will display tire data once a connection is established. Refer to the on-screen prompts for any specific pairing procedures if automatic connection does not occur.
4. Operating Instructions
Real-Time Monitoring
Once powered on and connected, the monitor will continuously display the pressure and temperature of each tire. An audible and visible warning will be triggered immediately if any abnormal conditions (e.g., rapid leak, high/low pressure, high temperature) are detected.
Adjusting Alarm Values
The alert values for high/low tire pressure and temperature are adjustable. Use the 'SET' button and '+' / '-' buttons on the monitor to navigate the settings menu and modify these values according to your vehicle's recommended tire specifications. Consult your vehicle's manual for appropriate tire pressure ranges.
Power Management
The monitor features low power consumption and a long lifespan. A full charge supports driving up to 5,000 miles. The monitor can be charged via the included USB cable. The tire sensors also have a battery life of up to 2 years.
5. Maintenance
Sensor Battery Replacement
The batteries in the tire sensors are replaceable. When a sensor's battery is depleted, a low battery icon will appear on the monitor. To replace, carefully unscrew the sensor from the valve stem, open the sensor casing, and replace the CR2032 battery. Ensure proper polarity and reassemble the sensor securely.
Sensor Durability
The sensors are designed to be durable, dust-proof, and waterproof, ensuring reliable performance in various environmental conditions. The included O-rings help maintain the seal against moisture and dust.

6. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your VESAFE TPMS, consider the following:
- Interference: Keep other electronic devices away from the monitor to minimize signal interference.
- Signal Strength: The included signal booster is recommended to improve communication between the sensors and the monitor, especially for longer vehicles like RVs and trailers. Ensure the booster is correctly installed and powered.
- Sensor Connection: If a sensor is not reporting, check its battery level. If the battery is good, try re-pairing the sensor with the monitor according to the setup instructions.
- Alarm Thresholds: Verify that your alarm thresholds are set correctly for your vehicle's tire specifications. Incorrect settings can lead to false alarms or missed warnings.
