Maintenance and Care

Armchairs:

• Cleaning: Wipe the chair frame with a dry cloth. For stubborn dirt, a slightly damp cloth can be used, followed by immediate drying. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
• Frame Protection: The UV-protected frame is designed to resist unraveling, decay, and weathering.
• Wood Finish: The chairs are finished with Interbuild 0% VOC hardwax oil, providing a smooth, water-repellent, and wear-resistant surface. This finish is tested and approved for contact with foodstuff.
• Cushions: Spot clean cushions as needed. Refer to cushion care labels for specific instructions.
• Storage: For off-season storage or when not in use for extended periods, fold the chairs for compact storage. Store in a dry, protected area to prolong their lifespan.

Placemats:

• Cleaning: Wipe clean with a damp cloth. For spills, blot immediately. Allow to air dry completely.
• Material: Made from 100% Vietnamese natural water hyacinth.
• Storage: The placemats are easy to fold for storage when not in use. Store in a dry place.

Troubleshooting

• Chair Instability: Ensure the chair is fully unfolded and placed on a flat, level surface. Verify that all legs are firmly on the ground. The chair has been lab-tested for stability.
• Placemat Stains: For best results, clean spills on placemats immediately. While water-repellent, prolonged exposure to liquids can lead to staining.
• General Wear: Over time, natural materials may show signs of wear. Regular cleaning and proper storage will help maintain the product's appearance and longevity.
