1. Introduction

This manual provides essential information for the safe and effective use of your Nothing Phone (2). Please read this guide thoroughly before operating your device to ensure optimal performance and longevity. The Nothing Phone (2) features a unique Glyph Interface, Nothing OS 2.0, a powerful dual camera system, and an efficient LTPO OLED display.

2. Package Contents

Verify that all items are present in your product packaging:

  • Nothing Phone (2)
  • SIM Tray Ejector
  • USB Cable
  • Screen Protector (pre-applied or included separately)

3. Setup

3.1. SIM Card Installation

  1. Locate the SIM card tray on the side of your Nothing Phone (2).
  2. Insert the provided SIM tray ejector tool into the small hole next to the tray. Press firmly until the tray pops out.
  3. Place your Nano-SIM card(s) into the tray with the gold contacts facing down. Ensure proper orientation.
  4. Gently push the SIM tray back into the phone until it clicks into place.

3.2. Initial Power On and Configuration

  1. Press and hold the Power button on the side of the device until the Nothing logo appears.
  2. Follow the on-screen prompts to select your language, connect to a Wi-Fi network, and set up your Google account.
  3. You may be prompted to transfer data from an old device. Follow the instructions if desired.

3.3. Charging the Device

Before first use, it is recommended to fully charge your Nothing Phone (2).

  • Connect the USB cable to the charging port on the bottom of the phone and to a compatible power adapter.
  • The device supports 15W Qi wireless charging. Place the phone on a compatible wireless charging pad for convenient charging.

4. Operating Your Device

4.1. Glyph Interface

The Glyph Interface on the back of the Nothing Phone (2) provides a new way to interact with your device. It uses customizable light and sound sequences for various functions:

5. Maintenance

5.1. Battery Care
