Maintenance

  • Lens Care: Before and after each use, gently wipe the dual lenses with a clean microfiber cloth to remove any dust, debris, or moisture. This ensures optimal image clarity.
  • Storage: Store the endoscope camera and its accessories in a dry, clean place, away from extreme temperatures and direct sunlight.
  • Cable Handling: The semi-rigid cable can be bent and retains its shape, but avoid sharp kinks or excessive force that could damage internal wiring. Roll up the cable loosely for storage.
  • Water Exposure: While the probe is IP67 waterproof, ensure the main control unit and connectors are kept dry. After underwater use, dry the probe thoroughly before storage.

Troubleshooting

ProblemSolution
Why does the app need device information? This app only requires device storage permissions to store images and videos captured by the endoscope. It does not have internet access and cannot upload personal information.
Why isn't the app displaying images? Please check whether the camera indicator light is on. If it's off or the connector is not properly connected, reconnect it.
Why does the camera get hot? It's common for the camera to get hot, especially when the LED light is at full brightness. However, this does not affect normal use or lifespan.
Why is there no response or lag after connecting to a phone? If there is lag, keep the phone's battery level above 20%. Check if the phone is connected properly by unplugging and plugging it in several times to see if it has OTG functionality. Uninstall the app and try again. Contact store customer service if the issue persists.
Why are images not clear?
  1. Clean the lens with a clean alcohol wipe.
  2. Keep the camera between 2 and 10 cm from the subject, as this is the optimal focal distance for this camera.
  3. If the camera is in a dark environment, turn on the LED light.
