To ensure safe operation and prevent damage to the device, please observe the following safety precautions:
- This device is designed for indoor use only. Do not expose it to water, moisture, or extreme temperatures.
- Use only the provided USB power adapter and cable. Using unauthorized accessories may damage the clock or pose a safety risk.
- Do not attempt to disassemble or modify the clock. Refer all servicing to qualified personnel.
- Keep the clock away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and strong magnetic fields.
- Ensure the power cable is not pinched or walked on.
3. Setup
3.1 Power Connection
The Meloya Digital Wall Clock is a plug-in device and requires continuous power for operation. Connect the provided 10-ft USB power cable to the clock's hidden power interface (DC5V/1A input) located on the rear. Then, plug the USB power adapter into a standard wall outlet.
3.2 Backup Battery Installation
A CR2032 battery (included) is provided for memory backup only. This battery retains time settings during power outages but does not power the clock for normal operation. Install the CR2032 battery into the backup battery compartment located on the rear of the clock, ensuring correct polarity.

- Tabletop: Simply place the clock on any flat, stable surface such as a desk, shelf, or nightstand.

The clock is primarily controlled using the included remote control. Ensure the remote has a clear line of sight to the clock's sensor for optimal performance.

4.1 Initial Setup & Time Setting
Upon initial power-on, the clock will display a default time. Use the provided remote control to set the correct time. The remote allows programming of 12-hour or 24-hour time format, day of the week, and date. Refer to the remote control's specific button functions for detailed setting steps.
4.2 12/24 Hour Format
The clock supports both 12-hour (Standard Time with AM/PM indicator) and 24-hour (Military Time) formats. Use the designated button on the remote control to switch between these formats.

4.6 Timer Function
A built-in timer function is available for tracking time-sensitive activities. Refer to the remote control instructions for details on operating the timer function.
4.7 Power Failure Memory
The clock is equipped with a power failure memory function. In the event of a power outage, the internal backup battery (CR2032) retains the time settings, eliminating the need to reset the clock once power is restored.

5. Maintenance
To ensure the longevity and appearance of your Meloya Digital Wall Clock, follow these maintenance guidelines:
- Cleaning: Gently wipe the display and casing with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners, solvents, or chemical sprays, as these can damage the surface.
- Power Off Before Cleaning: Always unplug the clock from the power source before cleaning.
- Battery Replacement: If the clock fails to retain time during power outages, the CR2032 backup battery may need replacement. Replace it with a new CR2032 battery, ensuring correct polarity.
