4. Setup Guide
4.1 Connecting the Transmitter
- Identify the M1 Transmitter (labeled "M1 TRANSMITTER").
- Plug the XLR male end of the transmitter directly into the XLR output of your dynamic or condenser microphone.
- If using a condenser microphone, ensure the 48V phantom power is activated on the transmitter (refer to Section 5.3).
4.2 Connecting the Receiver
- Identify the M1 Receiver (labeled "M1 RECEIVER").
- Plug the XLR female end of the receiver into the XLR input of your audio mixer, PA system, amplifier, or other audio receiving device.
- If your receiving device uses 1/4" or 1/8" inputs, use the provided XLR to 1/4" and 1/4" to 1/8" adapters as needed.

6. Troubleshooting
| Issue | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| No Sound Output | Units not powered on; Incorrect channel pairing; Low battery; Incorrect mode selected; Volume too low. | Ensure both units are powered on. Verify transmitter and receiver are on the same channel. Recharge units. Select appropriate mode (48V, MUSIC, or MIC). Increase volume on transmitter and receiving device. |
| Interference/Static | Nearby electronic devices; Other wireless signals; Long distance/obstacles. | Change to a different frequency channel. Move away from other wireless devices. Reduce distance between transmitter and receiver. Ensure clear line of sight. |
| Short Transmission Range | Obstacles in line of sight; Low battery level; Environmental interference. | Ensure clear line of sight between units. Fully charge units. Change frequency channel. |
| Condenser Mic Not Working | 48V Phantom Power not activated. | Ensure the transmitter is set to "48V" mode. |
7. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the units. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
- Storage: Store the system in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Battery Care: Fully charge the units before extended storage. Recharge periodically (e.g., every 3 months) to maintain battery health.
- Handling: Avoid dropping the units or exposing them to excessive shock or vibration.
