Setup Guide

1. Charging the Device

Before first use, fully charge both the sensor device and the base station. The sensor device battery lasts up to 16 hours, and the base station can last up to 7 days on a 2-3 hour charge.

2. Downloading the App

Download the "Babytone" free app from the iOS App Store or Google Play Store. Ensure your smartphone meets the minimum system requirements.

3. Wearing the Smart Sock

Select the appropriate sock size (S for <12 lbs, L for 12-30 lbs). Gently place the sensor device into the designated pocket on the sock. Secure the sock comfortably on your baby's foot, ensuring the sensor is positioned correctly to track vital signs.

4. Pairing the Station with the Main Unit

Follow these steps to pair the base station with the sensor unit:

  1. Turn on both the base station and the main sensor unit.
  2. Press and hold the power button and the volume button of the base station simultaneously.
  3. The base station will display a pairing confirmation once successfully connected.

5. Connecting to the App

Open the Babytone app on your smartphone. Ensure Bluetooth is enabled. The app will guide you through connecting to your device. Once connected, you can view real-time data and access historical reports.

Real-Time Monitoring

The Babytone monitor continuously tracks your baby's heart rate, movement, and average oxygen level. These readings are displayed on the base station and within the mobile app.

Notifications and Alerts

Your smartphone, monitor, and base station will receive real-time notifications if any irregularities are detected in your baby's vital signs. The base station will also beep for unexpected monitoring results. Ensure the app is open and your phone is not locked for optimal notification delivery.

Maintenance

Cleaning the Sock
