Setup and Installation

Follow these steps to properly install your BRCOVAN Motorcycle Phone Mount:

1. Choose Mounting Location: Decide whether to mount the holder on your motorcycle's handlebar or rear-view mirror. The package includes both mounting bases.
2. Install Mounting Base:
   • For Handlebar: Select the appropriate rubber insert for your handlebar diameter (0.5''/12mm, 0.875''/22mm, 1.0''/25.4mm, 1.125''/28.6mm, 1.26''/32mm). Secure the aluminum alloy handlebar mounting base firmly to the handlebar using the provided screws.
   • For Rear-View Mirror: Attach the rear-view mirror mounting base to the mirror stem.

3. Attach Phone Holder: Connect the main body of the phone holder to the installed mounting base. Adjust the angle as desired.
4. Connect Power: The mount comes with a 59-inch cable. Connect the power cable to your motorcycle's DC 12V-24V battery. Important: Do not connect to a vehicle battery with a voltage exceeding 24V. Ensure connections are secure and properly insulated.
5. Apply Anti-Theft Design: Use the special wrench provided to tighten the safety screw on the double socket arm and handlebar mounting base. This prevents easy removal of the mount. Note: This anti-theft design secures the mount, not the mobile phone itself.
6. Check Vibration Dampener: The mount is equipped with a built-in vibration dampener. Ensure it is correctly positioned to absorb vibrations from the handlebar.

Operating Instructions

Using your BRCOVAN phone mount is straightforward:

1. Adjust for Phone Size: The mount is adjustable to fit phones with dimensions: Length 5.03'' (128mm) - 7.59'' (193mm), Width 2.48'' (63mm) - 3.46'' (88mm), Thickness 0.787'' (20mm) Max. Adjust the arms to securely cradle your smartphone (case included).
2. Insert/Remove Phone: With one hand, easily place your phone into the cradle or remove it. The design allows for quick access.
3. Secure Phone: After placing your phone, tighten the knob on the back of the mount. This 'High-Speed Secure Knob' ensures your mobile phone is securely attached, even on bumpy roads or at high speeds.
4. Charging Your Device:
   • Wireless Charging: If your phone supports Qi wireless charging, simply place it in the mount. The wireless charging pad will automatically begin charging.
   • PD/USB-C Charging: Connect your device to the PD/USB-C port using a compatible cable for fast wired charging.
   • Simultaneous Charging: The mount supports charging two devices concurrently – one wirelessly and one via the USB-C port.
