Setup Instructions
1. App Installation
Download the Tapo app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). Create a Tapo account or log in if you already have one.
2. Hub Setup
- Connect the Tapo H200 Hub to a power outlet using the provided DC power adapter.
- Connect the Hub to your home router using the RJ45 Ethernet cable.
- Follow the in-app instructions to add the Hub to your Tapo account.
3. Doorbell Pairing and Battery Installation
- Insert the Tapo A100 Battery into the Tapo D230S1 Video Doorbell. Ensure it is fully charged before installation.
- Follow the in-app instructions to pair the doorbell with the H200 Hub.
4. Physical Installation
The Tapo D230S1 offers flexible mounting options. Use the provided mounting templates, brackets, and the 15° mounting wedge to achieve the desired viewing angle and placement.
- Flat Mounting: For a direct view, mount the doorbell flat against the wall or door frame.
- Angled Mounting: Use the 15° mounting wedge to angle the doorbell horizontally, optimizing the field of view for specific entryways.

Operating Instructions
1. Live View and Resolution
Access the live feed of your doorbell camera through the Tapo app. The 2K 5MP resolution (2560 × 1920px) and Starlight sensor ensure clear and detailed video, even in low-light conditions.

2. Head-to-Toe View

7. Storage Options
