2. Setup and Operation

2.1 Telescopic Handle

The suitcase features a sturdy telescopic handle that adjusts to multiple heights for comfortable maneuvering. To extend, press the button on the handle grip and pull upwards. To retract, press the button and push downwards until fully collapsed.

2.2 360° Spinner Wheels

Equipped with eight silent spinner wheels, this luggage offers effortless 360° mobility. The wheels are designed for smooth gliding across various surfaces, reducing strain during travel.

2.3 Setting the TSA Combination Lock

Your MGOB suitcase comes with a built-in TSA-approved 3-digit combination lock. The default code is 0-0-0.

  1. Ensure the lock is set to the default code (0-0-0).
  2. Locate the small reset button (often a small dot or lever) on the side of the lock. Use a pen or a pointed object to press and hold this button until you hear a click.
  3. While holding the reset button, set your desired 3-digit combination by turning the dials.
  4. Release the reset button. Your new combination is now set. Remember your combination as the manufacturer cannot reset it.
  5. To lock the zippers, insert the zipper pulls into the lock slots and scramble the numbers. To unlock, dial your personal combination and slide the release button.

2.4 Expandable Feature

The suitcase includes an expansion zipper to provide additional packing capacity when needed. Unzip the outer zipper to expand the suitcase by approximately 2 inches. Zip it back up to return to its standard carry-on dimensions.

  • Stuck Handle: If the telescopic handle becomes stiff, ensure no items are obstructing its mechanism inside the lining. Gently pull and push to free it.
  • Wheels Not Spinning Smoothly: Check for hair or debris caught in the wheel axles. Clean thoroughly.
  • Lock Issues: If you forget your combination, refer to the TSA lock instructions or contact customer support. Do not force the lock, as this may damage it.
