4. Installation Instructions

The HECASA Seat Bottom Cushion is designed for easy, direct bolt-on installation without requiring modifications to your vehicle or the seat itself. Follow these general steps for installation:

1. Remove Old Seat: Carefully remove the existing driver side seat bottom cushion from your Polaris Ranger. Note the location of any mounting hardware or heat shields.
2. Transfer Heat Shield (if applicable): Some Polaris Ranger models may have a heat shield attached to the underside of the original seat. If your original seat has a removable heat shield, transfer it to the new HECASA cushion. The new cushion includes pre-drilled mounting provisions for this purpose. If your original seat used foil tape for heat protection, you can apply new foil tape (included with the seat) to the underside of the new cushion as needed.
3. Position New Cushion: Align the hinge brackets on the front of the new seat cushion with the corresponding frame points on your vehicle.
4. Secure Mounting Posts: Drop the seat into place, ensuring the mounting posts on the underside of the cushion align with the rubber grommets on the rear frame of your vehicle.
