- Cable Care: Handle the USB-C cable gently. Avoid sharp bends or kinks that could damage the cable.
6. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your Redragon GALIO PRO K637 keyboard, refer to the following common solutions:
- Keyboard Not Responding:
- Ensure the USB cable is securely connected in wired mode.
- For 2.4G wireless, ensure the USB receiver is properly inserted and the keyboard is in 2.4G mode.
- For Bluetooth, ensure the keyboard is paired and selected as the active device (BT1, BT2, or BT3).

- Ensure no debris is lodged under the keycap or switch.
- RGB Backlight Not Working/Dim:
- Press FN + Backspace to ensure the backlight is turned on.
- Adjust brightness using FN + [↑].
- In 2.4G and Bluetooth modes, the keyboard enters sleep mode to conserve power, turning off all LEDs and backlight. Click any key to wake up the keyboard.

- Ensure the keyboard is within range of the receiver/device.
- Avoid interference from other wireless devices.
- Re-pair the Bluetooth connection or re-insert the 2.4G receiver.
