Setup and Installation

The Kewig M30-A mount is compatible with handlebars ranging from 22 mm to 33 mm in diameter. Use the provided rubber washers to ensure a snug fit for your specific handlebar size.

  1. Attach the Handlebar Bracket: Use the included Allen key to open the handlebar bracket. Select the appropriate rubber washer(s) to match your handlebar's diameter and place them inside the bracket for a secure, non-slip fit. Fasten the bracket firmly to your bicycle's handlebar.
  2. Connect the Phone Holder: Align the ball mount on the handlebar bracket with the receiver on the back of the phone holder. Push down firmly until it clicks into place.
  3. Adjust Orientation: Once attached, the phone holder can be rotated 360 degrees to achieve your desired viewing angle (portrait or landscape).

Operating Instructions

Inserting Your Phone

  1. Unzip the holder completely.
  2. Place your smartphone inside the holder. Ensure the phone is positioned snugly against the clear touch-sensitive screen for optimal responsiveness. The internal Velcro straps can help secure the phone.
  3. Close the double waterproof zippers, ensuring they meet at the bottom to maximize water resistance.

Touch Screen Functionality

The holder features an HD high-sensitive film window, allowing full access to your phone's screen without removal. For best touch screen and face ID performance, ensure your phone is pressed firmly against the clear screen.

360-Degree Rotation

  • Side Buttons Being Pressed: Adjust the phone's position within the holder to prevent accidental pressing of side buttons. The internal Velcro straps can help secure the phone in an optimal position.
  • Water Ingress: While the mount offers IP66 waterproof performance, it is designed to be water-resistant against splashes and light rain. For heavy downpours or prolonged exposure to water, it is recommended to remove your phone and store it in a fully waterproof location to prevent potential damage. Always ensure zippers are fully closed and meet at the bottom.
