1. Introduction

This manual provides instructions for the proper use, installation, and maintenance of your TenCloud replacement bands for the Mindrose Slim Fitness Tracker 1.47 inch Smart Watch H80. Please read this manual thoroughly before use to ensure optimal performance and longevity of your product.

3. Compatibility

5. Installation and Setup

5.1 Attaching the Band

1. Locate the quick-release pins on the underside of the watch band.
2. Align one end of the quick-release pin with the corresponding lug hole on the watch body.
3. Pull the quick-release lever inwards to retract the pin, then carefully slide the other end of the pin into the opposite lug hole on the watch body.
4. Release the lever to secure the pin. Gently tug on the band to ensure it is firmly attached before wearing.

5.2 Detaching the Band

1. Turn the watch over to access the quick-release pins.
2. Pull the quick-release lever inwards to retract the pin.
3. Gently pull the band away from the watch body to detach it.

6. Adjusting the Band

The bands are designed with multiple adjustment holes and a metal buckle to fit a wide range of wrist sizes. To adjust the band:

1. Place the watch on your wrist.
2. Thread the longer strap through the metal buckle.
3. Insert the buckle pin into the adjustment hole that provides a comfortable and secure fit.
4. Secure the excess strap using the two strap loops.

The adjustable size range is approximately 5.3 inches to 8.0 inches (135mm - 203mm) wrist circumference.

7. Care and Maintenance

• Cleaning: The silicone bands are washable. Use mild soap and water to clean the bands. Rinse thoroughly and dry with a soft cloth.
• Drying: Ensure the bands are completely dry before reattaching to the watch or wearing.
• Storage: Store bands in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent material degradation.
• Avoid Harsh Chemicals: Do not expose the bands to strong chemicals, solvents, or abrasive cleaners, as this may damage the material or color.

8. Troubleshooting

8.1 Difficulty Changing Bands

• Ensure Proper Alignment: Make sure the quick-release pin is correctly aligned with the lug holes on the watch.
• Retract Pin Fully: Ensure you are pulling the quick-release lever fully inwards to retract the pin sufficiently for insertion or removal.
• Check for Obstructions: Verify that there are no debris or obstructions in the lug holes of the watch or on the band's pin.
• Gentle Pressure: Apply gentle, consistent pressure when inserting or removing the band. Avoid forcing it.

8.2 Band Feels Loose or Too Tight

• Adjust Hole Selection: Experiment with different adjustment holes on the band to find the most comfortable and secure fit for your wrist.
• Proper Placement: Ensure the watch is positioned correctly on your wrist, typically just above the wrist bone.
