1. Introduction

3. Setup and Assembly

The APOLLO Full Electric Stacker requires partial assembly upon arrival. Follow these steps carefully for proper setup.

3.1 Unpacking and Initial Preparation

Upon receiving the product, ensure all components are present and undamaged. The main unit will be secured on a pallet.

  1. Product Display: After receiving, the product will be displayed on its shipping pallet.
  2. Power On and Emergency Stop: Turn on the power and pull up the emergency stop button.
  3. Lift Fork: Press the lifting button at the tiller head to raise the fork carriage.
  4. Remove Forks: Carefully take out the individual forks from the packaging.
  5. Install Straddle Legs: Take out and install one straddle leg. Repeat for the other side.
  6. Unpack Truck Body: Remove any remaining packaging securing the main truck body to the pallet.
  7. Lift Truck from Pallet: Tie a sling belt to the truck body. Place the fork of a separate forklift into the sling belt. Lift the truck to remove the pallet beneath, then carefully lower the truck onto the ground.
  8. Re-install Forks: Turn on the power and lift the fork carriage. Take out the screw at one end of the fork plate. Hang each fork onto the fork plate properly by anticlockwise rotating the screw on it. Tighten the screw on the fork plate.
  9. Adjust Straddle Leg Width: Adjust the width of the straddle legs as needed. Tighten the 4 bolts at one side of the straddle leg after adjusting the width. Repeat for the other side.
  10. Initial Functionality Check: Check if the truck can walk normally (forward/backward) and lift normally.

4.3 Fork and Leg Adjustment

The overall type adjustable forks can be lowered to the same level as the legs, making it suitable for both stringer and block pallets. The adjustable fork width ranges from 0.1" to 23.6".

5. Maintenance

5.1 Battery Charging

To charge the battery, open the battery cover, connect the battery connector to the charger, and then insert the charger plug into a suitable socket or wall outlet.

5.2 General Inspection

Regularly inspect the stacker for any signs of wear, damage, or loose components. Pay particular attention to the forks, chains, hydraulic system, and wheels. Ensure all safety features, such as the emergency stop button and warning lights, are functioning correctly.

Keep the stacker clean to ensure optimal performance and longevity. Wipe down surfaces with a damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or excessive water, especially near electrical components.
