Safety Information
WARNING: Read all safety warnings and instructions before using this product. Failure to follow the warnings and instructions may result in electric shock, fire, and/or serious injury.
- Do not operate the jump starter if it is damaged.
- Do not jump start a frozen battery.
- Ensure proper polarity connection (red clamp to positive, black clamp to negative). Reverse connection can cause damage.
- Do not allow the red and black clamps to touch each other.

Familiarize yourself with the components of the NEXPOW AP1 unit:

Setup and Charging
Initial Charge
Before first use, fully charge the NEXPOW AP1. It is recommended to fully charge the unit every 3-6 months to maintain battery health.
- Connect the provided USB-C to USB-C cable to the Type-C IN/OUT port on the AP1.
- Connect the other end of the cable to a 60W PD wall charger (not included) or a compatible USB power adapter.
- The LCD display will show the charging status. A full charge typically takes about 2 hours with a 60W PD charger.

Operating Instructions
Jump Starting a Vehicle
The NEXPOW AP1 can jump start 12V vehicles with up to all gas or 10L diesel engines.
- Ensure the jump starter is at least 50% charged.
- Turn off the vehicle's ignition and all accessories.
- Insert the smart jumper cable into the jumper cable port on the AP1 unit.
- Connect the red (+) clamp to the positive (+) terminal of the vehicle's battery.
- Connect the black (-) clamp to the negative (-) terminal of the vehicle's battery.
- Check the indicator light on the smart jumper cable.
- Solid Green: Ready to jump start.
- Solid Red with Beep: Reverse polarity or short circuit. Disconnect and re-connect correctly.
- Flashing Green: Battery voltage too low (below 1V). Proceed to step 7.
- If the indicator is solid green, start the vehicle. If it's flashing green, press and hold the "FORCE START" button on the smart jumper cable for 3 seconds until the green light becomes solid, then start the vehicle within 30 seconds.
- Once the vehicle starts, immediately remove the clamps from the car battery, first the black (-) and then the red (+).
- Disconnect the smart jumper cable from the AP1 unit.

Using the Air Compressor
The integrated 150 PSI air compressor can inflate tires and other inflatables.
- Connect the air hose to the air hose port on the AP1 unit.
- Attach the air hose nozzle firmly to the tire valve stem or appropriate valve adapter for other inflatables.
- Press the power button to activate the unit. The screen will display the current pressure.
- Press the "PUMP" button to cycle through pressure units (PSI, BAR, KPA).
- Use the "+" and "-" buttons to set the desired target pressure.
- Press and hold the "PUMP" button for 3 seconds to start inflation. The compressor will automatically stop when the preset pressure is reached.
- Disconnect the air hose from the tire valve.
Note: For continuous use, allow the compressor to cool down for 5 minutes after every 5-10 minutes of operation to prevent overheating.

Using as a Power Bank
The AP1 can charge various electronic devices via its USB-A and Type-C ports.
- Connect your device's charging cable to either the USB-A OUT port (18W Max) or the Type-C IN/OUT port (PD60W Max) on the AP1.
- The AP1 will automatically begin charging your device.

Using the LED Flashlight
The built-in 800 lumens LED flashlight offers three modes for various situations.
- Constant Light: Long press the LED button for 3 seconds to turn on.
- SOS Mode: Short press the LED button once from constant light mode.
- Strobe Mode: Short press the LED button twice from constant light mode.
- To turn off, long press the LED button for 3 seconds from any mode.

Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe the unit with a dry, soft cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
