3. Assembly Instructions

Please refer to the detailed installation video for visual guidance. Ensure all accessories are present before beginning assembly.

3.1 Unboxing and Part Identification

Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Verify that all parts listed in the packing list are included.

3.2 Step-by-Step Assembly

1. Attach Front Fenders: Clip the front fenders (L/R) and secure the car body with 5 screws. Ensure correct left and right orientation.
2. Install Front Bracket: Remove screws from the front bracket. Insert the front bracket into the car body's square tube, then add gaskets and nuts to fix it.
3. Connect Front Motor Wires: Connect the two front motor wires.
4. Insert Steering Shaft: Insert the steering shaft into the steering motor.
5. Secure Steering Shaft: Turn the car body over, insert the gasket, and after the steering lever is in place, insert the cotter pin to fix it.
6. Attach Front Bumper: Turn the car body over, remove the two M4*14 screws from the square tube, and attach the front bumper. Fix it with 6 screws.
7. Install Rear Axle Fixing Seat: Insert the rear axle fixing seat into the corresponding hole of the vehicle body and fix it with 8 screws.
8. Install Rear Axle: Remove the two nuts from the rear axle and insert the rear axle into the car body.
9. Attach Rear Bumper: Turn over the car body, clip the rear bumper into the car body, and fix with 8 screws.
10. Install Rear Support: Clip the rear support into the rear bottom of the car body and fix with 7 screws.
11. Attach Rear Fenders: Clip the rear fenders (L/R) and turn over the car body to fix with 5 screws. Ensure correct left and right orientation.
12. Install Seat Support: Clip the seat support into the car body and fix with 4 screws.
13. Attach Front Wheels: Put the front wheel (L/R), gasket, and nut onto the front axle in turn, then attach the wheel cover to the wheel.
14. Attach Rear Wheels: Put the rear motor (L/R), rear wheel (L/R), gasket, and nut onto the rear axle in turn, then attach the wheel cover to the wheel. (Rear motor distinguishes left and right).
15. Connect Motor Wires: Put the car upside down. Connect the two motor wire plugs and the battery's main power plug to the receiver.
16. Install Decorative Lamps: Clip the decorative lamps into the front fender of the car body.
17. Install Steering Wheel: Remove the nut and bolt from the steering wheel. Connect the wires from the steering column and the steering wheel. Insert the steering wheel over the steering axle and secure with nut and bolt.
18. Fix Mirrors: Fix the mirrors (L/R).
19. Install Windshield: Install the windshield.
20. Install Seats: Install the seat, stuck the seat buckle into the vehicle slot and fix with screws.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Initial Charging

Before first use, charge the battery for 12 hours. After each use, charge for 8-12 hours, but do not exceed 20 hours. If stored for a long time, fully charge first and then charge at least once a month to extend battery life.

• Ensure the power switch is turned off during charging.
• Charging must be done by an adult.
• Charge in a well-ventilated and dry area.
• Do not use this charger and battery on other products.

4.2 Driving Modes

• Kids Manual Operation: Children can drive the vehicle using the steering wheel and foot pedal. Speed range: 2-4 MPH (two speeds).
• Parental Remote Control: Adults can control the vehicle using the 2.4G remote control. Speed range: 2-4 MPH (three speeds).

5. Maintenance and Care

5.1 General Care

• Wipe the vehicle with a dry soft cloth.
• Never use soap and water to clean the vehicle.
• Always keep the vehicle dry and do not let it come into contact with fresh or saline water.
• Do not leave the vehicle exposed to direct sunlight for prolonged periods.
• Store the vehicle flat and facing upwards, not upside down or tilted.
• Keep away from ignition sources and hot objects like stoves and heaters, as plastic parts may melt.

5.2 Water Exposure

On rainy days, the vehicle should be parked indoors. Do not drive the vehicle on rainy or snowy days as water can damage the motor, vehicle electrical system, and battery. Do not let water or other liquids immerse electrical components such as circuits, batteries, etc.

If accidentally exposed to rain, open the car's cabin and dry the car with a dry cloth. Take out the receiver and check whether it has water in it. If it is slightly damp, stop using and blow dry the receiver with a hair dryer and let it dry overnight. If there is severe moisture, dispose of the receiver directly and contact customer support for replacement parts.

5.3 Motor Protection

Do not let the car idle on muddy roads. If dirt enters the motor, it will affect the use of the vehicle and may cause danger. Be sure to stop using if you find the motor smoking.

5.4 Overload Prevention

Do not overload the vehicle. Do not drag any objects behind the vehicle and please use according to standard load. Pay attention to the changes in the battery display during long-term high load operation and charge in a timely manner when the battery is low.

5.5 Power Off for Storage

When stopping use or placing the product for storage, please cut off the power supply of the product and turn all switches to the 'stop' or 'off' position.
