Setup Instructions

1. Connect Power: Insert the provided USB Type-C charging cable into the port on the back of the charging station. Connect the other end of the cable to a compatible power adapter (not always included, refer to package contents). For optimal performance, use a Quick Charge 3.0 (QC3.0) adapter.
2. Placement: Place the charging station on a flat, stable surface.
3. Initial Indicator: Upon connecting power, the LED indicator light around the base will illuminate, typically green, indicating standby mode.

Operating Instructions

This charging station allows for simultaneous wireless charging of your compatible devices.

1. Charging Your Phone: Place your compatible Samsung Galaxy phone on the upright charging pad. The dual-coil design supports both vertical and horizontal placement. Ensure the phone is centered on the charging area for optimal connection. The LED indicator will change to a breathing blue light when charging is active.

2. Charging Your Smartwatch: Place your compatible Samsung Galaxy Watch on the magnetic charging module located at the top of the stand. The watch will magnetically align and begin charging.

3. Charging Your Earbuds: Place your compatible Samsung Galaxy Buds case on the flat charging pad at the base of the station. Ensure the case is centered. The LED indicator will change to a breathing blue light when charging is active.

4. Controlling the LED Indicator Light: The charging station features an LED light around its base. To turn the light on or off, gently touch the light icon button located on the base. This feature is useful for minimizing light disturbance in dark environments like a bedroom.

Maintenance

• Cleaning: Disconnect the power before cleaning. Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the surface of the charging station. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents.
• Heat Dissipation: The charging station is designed with multiple ventilation holes to ensure efficient heat dissipation during charging. Do not block these vents.

• Safety Features: The device incorporates multiple safety protections including over-current, over-voltage, short-circuit, overcharge, and over-temperature protection to ensure safe charging overnight.

Troubleshooting

• Device Not Charging:
  • Ensure the charging station is properly connected to a power source and the LED indicator is on.
  • Verify your device is compatible with wireless charging and is correctly aligned on the charging area.
  • Remove any thick phone cases (>5mm), metal attachments, magnets, or credit cards from your phone case, as these can interfere with wireless charging.
  • Try restarting the charging station by unplugging and re-plugging the power cable.
• Slow Charging:
  • Ensure you are using a QC3.0 compatible power adapter for fast charging.
  • Check for proper alignment of your device on the charging pad.
• LED Indicator Flashing Blue and Green: This indicates that a foreign object (FOD) has been detected on the charging pad. Remove any metallic objects, magnets, or cards.
• Watch Not Charging: Ensure your watch is a compatible Samsung Galaxy Watch model and is correctly placed on the magnetic charging module.
