Important Safety Instructions

  • Motor Body: The main unit containing the motor and control buttons (Power and Turbo).
  • Blending Shaft: Stainless steel shaft with a blade guard, ideal for blending soups, smoothies, and sauces.
  • Whisk Attachment: For whipping cream, beating eggs, and mixing batters.

Setup

Before first use, wash all parts that will come into contact with food (blending shaft, whisk, chopper bowl, blade, beaker) in warm soapy water, then rinse and dry thoroughly. The motor body should only be wiped with a damp cloth.

  1. Attaching the Blending Shaft: Align the blending shaft with the motor body and twist until it locks securely into place.
  2. Attaching the Whisk: Insert the whisk into the whisk gear box, then attach the gear box to the motor body by twisting until it locks.
  3. Assembling the Chopper: Place the chopping blade onto the center pin in the chopper bowl. Add ingredients. Place the gear box lid onto the chopper bowl, ensuring it is securely seated. Then, attach the motor body to the gear box lid by twisting until it locks.

Operating Instructions

Always ensure the appliance is unplugged before attaching or detaching any accessories.

Using the Hand Blender (Blending Shaft)

  1. Attach the blending shaft to the motor body.
  2. Immerse the blending shaft into the ingredients in a deep pot, bowl, or the measuring beaker. Ensure the blade guard is fully submerged.
  3. Plug the appliance into a power outlet.
  4. Press and hold the Power button for continuous blending. For a burst of maximum power, press the TURBO button.
  5. Move the blender up and down gently to ensure even blending.
  6. Release the button to stop operation. Unplug the appliance before removing the blending shaft.

Using the Whisk Attachment

  1. Attach the whisk to the motor body.
  2. Place the whisk into the ingredients (e.g., eggs, cream) in a bowl.
  3. Plug the appliance into a power outlet.
  4. Press and hold the Power button to start whisking. Use the TURBO button for faster results.
  5. Move the whisk in a circular motion.
  6. Release the button to stop operation. Unplug the appliance before detaching the whisk.

Using the Chopper Attachment

  1. Assemble the chopper attachment with the blade and ingredients in the bowl, then attach the motor body.
  2. Plug the appliance into a power outlet.
  3. Press and hold the Power button for chopping. For tougher ingredients or finer results, use the TURBO button in short pulses.
  4. Do not overload the chopper bowl. Process in batches if necessary.
  5. Release the button to stop operation. Unplug the appliance before disassembling the chopper.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Proper cleaning ensures the longevity and hygiene of your appliance.

  1. Always unplug the appliance before cleaning.
  2. Motor Body: Wipe the motor body with a damp cloth. Do not immerse it in water or any other liquid.
  3. Blending Shaft, Whisk, Chopper Bowl, Blade, Beaker: These parts can be washed in warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry immediately. Be extremely careful when handling the chopping blade and blending shaft blade as they are very sharp.
  4. Dishwasher Safety: The blending shaft, whisk, chopper bowl, and beaker are generally dishwasher safe (top rack only), but hand washing is recommended for best results and to prolong their lifespan. The motor body and chopper gear box lid are NOT dishwasher safe.
  5. Storage: Store the appliance and its accessories in a dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat.

Troubleshooting
