1. Introduction

This manual provides detailed instructions for the safe and efficient operation of your NOMVDIC L500 1080P Laser Projector. Please read this manual thoroughly before using the product and retain it for future reference.

2. Setup

2.1 Unboxing and Package Contents

2.2 Physical Placement

2.3 Powering On

1. Connect the power adapter to the projector's DC IN port.
2. Plug the power adapter into an electrical outlet.
3. Press the Power button on the projector or the remote control to turn on the device.

2.4 Remote Control Pairing

For optimal control, pair the Bluetooth remote control with the projector. There are two methods:

1. Follow the on-screen instructions when you launch the projector for the first time.
2. Alternatively, go to "Apps Center" on the projector's interface, select "RC BT Pairing", then press the back and menu buttons on the remote simultaneously for 3 seconds. The blue light on the remote will indicate successful pairing.

2.5 Auto Keystone and Auto Focus

The L500 features automatic keystone correction and auto focus to ensure a sharp and perfectly rectangular image. The projector will automatically adjust the image when moved or powered on.

You can also manually adjust the focus by long-pressing the Focus button on the remote control and using the left/right keys to fine-tune the image.

3.3 Bluetooth Audio Output

1. Set your Bluetooth headphones or speaker into pairing mode.
2. On the projector, navigate to "Bluetooth" settings.
3. Select "Bluetooth out" and choose your device from the list to connect.

Note: Bluetooth audio may experience latency due to distance, obstacles, or interference. A 3.5mm audio cable is included as an alternative connection method if needed.

3.4 Accessing Content

The projector supports various content sources:

• Streaming Apps: Connect your own dongle to access a wide range of streaming services, including native Netflix streaming.
• Local Media: Play media files directly from a USB drive connected to the USB-A port.
• Screen Mirroring: Wirelessly mirror content from compatible smartphones or tablets.

4. Maintenance

4.1 Cleaning the Projector

• Exterior: Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the projector's exterior. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents.
• Lens: Gently clean the projector lens with a lens cleaning cloth or specialized lens paper. Do not use harsh chemicals or rough materials, as this can scratch the lens.
• Ventilation: Ensure the ventilation grilles are free from dust and obstructions to maintain proper airflow.

4.2 Storage

When not in use for extended periods, store the projector in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Use the original packaging or a protective case to prevent dust accumulation and damage.

If you encounter issues with your NOMVDIC L500 projector, refer to the following common solutions:

• No Power: Ensure the power adapter is securely connected to both the projector and a working electrical outlet. Try a different outlet.
• No Image: Check all cable connections (HDMI, USB-C). Verify the input source selected on the projector matches the connected device. Ensure the lens cap is removed.
• Blurry Image: Allow the auto focus feature to complete. If still blurry, manually adjust focus using the remote control (long-press Focus button, then use left/right keys). Ensure the projection surface is flat.
• Image Distorted (Trapezoid Shape): The auto keystone correction should fix this. If not, check for manual keystone adjustment options in the settings menu.
• No Sound: Check the volume level on both the projector and the connected source device. If using Bluetooth audio, ensure it is correctly paired and selected as the output. Try connecting via a 3.5mm audio cable if available.
