Setup and First Use
- Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
- Clean: Wash the removable cooking pot and glass lid in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry. The heating base can be wiped with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the heating base in water.
- Position: Place the heating base on a dry, level, heat-resistant surface, away from walls and curtains.
- Insert Pot: Place the clean, dry cooking pot into the heating base.
- Connect Power: Plug the power cord into a suitable electrical outlet (220V). The digital display will illuminate.
Operating Instructions
Searing Function (Stovetop Use)
The removable cooking pot is designed for direct use on gas, electric, and induction stovetops to sear ingredients before slow cooking. This enhances flavor and locks in moisture.
- Place the empty removable cooking pot directly onto your stovetop burner.
- Heat the pot over medium-high heat.
- Add a small amount of oil (if needed) and sear your meat or vegetables until browned.
- Carefully remove the hot pot from the stovetop using oven mitts and place it into the heating base of the slow cooker.

Slow Cooking Function
- After searing (if applicable) or directly adding ingredients, place the cooking pot with ingredients into the heating base.
- Cover the pot with the glass lid.
- Set Heat Level: Use the digital controls to select one of the 3 heat settings: LOW, HIGH, or WARM.
- LOW: For gentle, long cooking times (e.g., 6-8 hours).
- HIGH: For faster cooking (e.g., 3-4 hours).
- WARM: Automatically activates after cooking is complete to keep food at serving temperature. Do not use WARM setting for cooking.
- Set Timer: Use the programmable timer to set the desired cooking duration, from 30 minutes to 20 hours.
- Start Cooking: The slow cooker will begin cooking. The display will show the remaining cooking time.
- Automatic Keep Warm: Once the set cooking time expires, the slow cooker will automatically switch to the WARM setting.
- Serving: Carefully remove the lid, avoiding steam. Serve food directly from the pot or transfer to serving dishes.

Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular cleaning ensures the longevity and hygienic operation of your slow cooker.
- Unplug: Always unplug the slow cooker from the power outlet and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
