Setup and Assembly

Assembly Steps:

1. Attach Casters to Base: Insert each of the five casters into the holes at the end of each leg of the 5-star base until they click securely into place.
2. Insert Gas Lift: Place the gas lift cylinder into the central hole of the assembled base. Ensure it is seated firmly.
3. Attach Mechanism Plate to Seat: Align the mechanism plate with the pre-drilled holes on the underside of the seat cushion. Secure it using the provided screws. Ensure the front of the mechanism faces the front of the seat.
4. Attach Armrests to Seat: Secure the armrests to the sides of the seat cushion using the provided screws. Ensure they are oriented correctly (left and right).
5. Attach Backrest to Seat/Armrests: Align the backrest with the mounting points on the seat and/or armrests. Secure with the remaining screws.
6. Connect Seat Assembly to Gas Lift: Carefully place the assembled seat and backrest onto the gas lift cylinder, ensuring the central hole of the mechanism plate aligns with the top of the gas lift. Press down firmly to secure.

Operating Instructions

1. Height Adjustment

To adjust the chair's height, locate the lever on the right side beneath the seat. While seated, pull the lever up to lower the chair. To raise the chair, stand up and pull the lever up. Release the lever to lock the height in place.

2. Rocking Motion and Tilt Tension

The chair features a rocking function for relaxation. To activate the rocking mode, pull the lever on the left side (opposite the height adjustment lever) outwards. Push it inwards to lock the chair in an upright position. The tilt tension can be adjusted by rotating the round knob located under the front of the seat. Turn clockwise to increase tension (making it harder to recline) and counter-clockwise to decrease tension (making it easier to recline).

Note: The backrest tilt cannot be locked at an angle other than upright.
