Safety Instructions
Always observe the following safety precautions to prevent injury or damage to the battery and tools:

Setup
Initial Charge
Before first use, fully charge the battery. Use an official Worx 20V charger (e.g., WA3847, WA3732, WA3742, WA3875). Charging times may vary based on charger model and battery depletion level.
- Insert the battery into the compatible Worx 20V charger. Ensure it clicks securely into place.
- Connect the charger to a standard power outlet.
- Monitor the charger's indicator lights for charging status. The battery's LED indicator will also show charge progression.
- Once fully charged, remove the battery from the charger.

Operating Instructions
Attaching the Battery to a Tool
- Ensure the power tool is turned off and disconnected from any power source if applicable.
- Align the battery with the battery port on the tool.
- Slide the battery into the port until it clicks securely into place. A firm click indicates proper attachment.
Removing the Battery from a Tool
- Ensure the power tool is turned off.
- Press the battery release button(s) located on the battery or tool.
- Slide the battery out of the tool's battery port.
Checking Battery Charge Level
The battery features an LED indicator to display the current charge level. Press the button next to the LED lights to activate the indicator:
- Three Green Lights: Full charge (approximately 75-100%)
- Two Green Lights: Medium charge (approximately 25-75%)
- One Green Light: Low charge (approximately 0-25%), recharge soon.

Maintenance
Cleaning
Keep the battery clean and free of dirt, dust, and debris. Use a dry, soft cloth to wipe the battery. Do not use water or cleaning solutions.
Storage
For optimal battery life, store the battery in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. If storing for extended periods, ensure the battery is partially charged (around 50%) and recharge it every 3-6 months to prevent deep discharge.
Battery Disposal
Lithium-ion batteries should be recycled responsibly. Do not dispose of batteries in household waste. Contact your local waste management facility for information on proper battery recycling in your area.
