1. Product Overview

2. Safety Information

3. Setup and Assembly

3.1 Unboxing

1. Carefully cut the straps securing the cardboard box.
2. Remove the outer cardboard packaging to reveal the metal frame and the motorcycle.
3. Using appropriate tools, unbolt and remove the metal frame surrounding the motorcycle.
4. Remove all protective plastic wrapping from the motorcycle components.
5. Locate the accessory box containing smaller parts such as mirrors, footpegs, and tools.

3.2 Handlebar Installation

1. Unwrap the handlebars and position them correctly in the handlebar clamps on the triple tree.
2. Secure the handlebars using the provided bolts and ensure they are centered and aligned.
3. Install the left-side controls (clutch lever assembly, switch cluster) onto the handlebar.
4. Install the right-side controls (front brake lever assembly, throttle assembly, switch cluster) onto the handlebar.

3.3 Wheel and Fender Installation

1. Install the front wheel onto the front forks, ensuring the brake rotor aligns with the caliper. Secure the axle nut.
2. Attach the front fender to the front forks using the designated screws.
3. Install the rear fender and license plate holder assembly to the rear of the frame.

3.4 Exhaust and Footpeg Installation

1. Attach the exhaust heat shield to the exhaust pipe.
2. Install the footpegs and the gear shifter lever.
3. Install the rear brake pedal.

3.5 Electrical Connections and Final Touches

1. Connect the battery terminals, ensuring positive (+) to positive and negative (-) to negative.
2. Connect the wiring for the headlight and front turn signals.
3. Connect the wiring for the rear turn signals.
4. Install the mirrors onto the handlebars.
5. Install the speedometer and connect its wiring.
6. Attach the handlebar pad.
7. Perform a final check of all bolts, nuts, and connections to ensure they are secure.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Engine Start-up

1. Ensure the fuel tank has sufficient fuel.
2. Turn the fuel valve to the 'ON' position.
3. If the engine is cold, pull the choke lever to the 'ON' position.
4. For electric start, turn the ignition key to 'ON' and press the electric start button.
5. For kick start, turn the ignition key to 'ON' and firmly push down on the kick start lever.
6. Once the engine starts, gradually push the choke lever to the 'OFF' position as the engine warms up.

4.2 Manual Transmission

The X-PRO Storm DLX 150 features a 4-speed manual transmission. The gear shift pattern is typically 1-N-2-3-4 (one down, three up) or N-1-2-3-4 (all up or all down from neutral). Familiarize yourself with the specific shift pattern of your bike before riding.

• Clutch Operation: Use the clutch lever on the left handlebar to disengage the engine from the transmission when shifting gears or coming to a stop.
• Shifting Up: Roll off the throttle, pull in the clutch, shift up with the gear lever, release the clutch, and roll on the throttle.
• Shifting Down: Roll off the throttle, pull in the clutch, shift down with the gear lever, blip the throttle (briefly increase engine RPM), release the clutch.

4.3 Braking

The bike is equipped with disc brakes on both the front and rear wheels. Use both brakes simultaneously for effective stopping. Apply the front brake lever (right handlebar) and the rear brake pedal (right foot) smoothly and progressively.
