2. Safety Information

4. Setup

4.1 Assembly

  1. Attach the wheels to the designated axles at the base of the compressor. Secure them firmly.
  2. Install the handle onto the compressor frame. Ensure it is securely fastened for safe transport.
  3. Screw the air filter into its port on the compressor pump.

4.2 Initial Checks

  • Ensure the drain valve at the bottom of the tank is closed before operation.
  • Check all connections for tightness.
  • Position the compressor on a stable, level surface.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Powering On/Off

  1. Plug the power cord into a grounded 230V electrical outlet.
  2. Flip the ON/OFF switch to the 'ON' position. The compressor will start to fill the tank until it reaches the maximum pressure (8 bar), then it will automatically shut off.
  3. To turn off the compressor, flip the ON/OFF switch to the 'OFF' position.

5.2 Adjusting Pressure

The compressor features two gauges: one showing the tank pressure and another showing the regulated output pressure. Use the red pressure regulator knob to adjust the output pressure for your tools.

5.3 Connecting Tools

  1. Ensure the compressor is off and depressurized before connecting or disconnecting tools.
  2. Connect your air hose to the quick-connect coupler on the compressor.
  3. Attach your pneumatic tool to the other end of the air hose.

  • Drain the Tank: Open the drain valve at the bottom of the tank daily after use to release condensed moisture. This prevents rust and extends tank life.

  • Check Connections: Regularly check all air connections and fittings for leaks. Tighten if necessary.
