4. Setup

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove the compressor from its packaging. Check for any visible damage.
  2. Wheel and Handle Assembly: Attach the wheels and handle using the provided hardware. Ensure they are securely fastened for mobility.
  3. Placement: Position the compressor on a firm, level surface. Ensure adequate space around the unit for ventilation.
  4. Power Connection: Connect the compressor to a suitable 230V power outlet. Ensure the power switch is in the 'OFF' position before plugging in.

5. Operating Instructions

  1. Initial Start-up: Turn the power switch to the 'ON' position. The compressor will start to fill the tank with air. It will automatically stop when the maximum pressure is reached.
  2. Connecting Air Tools: Attach your air tool hose to the quick-connect coupling on the compressor. Ensure a secure connection.

  4. Adjusting Pressure: Use the pressure regulator knob to set the desired output pressure for your air tool. Monitor the regulated pressure gauge.

  6. Using Air Tools: Once the pressure is set, you can begin using your air tools. The compressor will cycle on and off automatically to maintain tank pressure.

  8. Shutting Down: When finished, turn the power switch to 'OFF'. Disconnect the air hose and drain any remaining air from the tank by opening the drain valve.

6. Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your compressor.

  • Daily: Drain condensation from the air tank. This prevents rust and maintains air quality.
