Setup Instructions
- Safety First: Ensure your pressure washer is turned off and completely depressurized before attempting to connect or disconnect any accessories.
- Select Quick Connect: Identify the appropriate quick-connect size for your pressure washer wand (1/4" or 3/8"). Use the provided adapter if necessary (3/8" Female to 1/4" Quick Connect).
- Attach Quick Connect: Insert the chosen quick-connect plug into the end of your pressure washer wand until it clicks securely into place.
- Attach Nozzle: Insert the desired nozzle (either the turbo nozzle or one of the 7-piece tips) into the quick-connect fitting on the wand. Pull back on the collar of the quick-connect and push the nozzle in firmly until it locks. Release the collar to secure.
- Verify Connection: Gently tug on the nozzle to ensure it is securely attached before starting the pressure washer.

Operating Instructions
Always wear appropriate personal protective equipment, including eye protection, when operating a pressure washer. Do not direct the spray at people, animals, or electrical components.
Using the Turbo Nozzle:
The turbo nozzle is ideal for heavy-duty cleaning tasks on durable surfaces. Its 0° concentrated stream rotates 360° to effectively remove stubborn dirt and grime from areas such as concrete, brick, driveways, garage floors, and ships. Maintain a consistent distance from the surface to prevent damage.

Using the 7-Piece Nozzle Tips:
Each color-coded tip provides a different spray pattern for specific cleaning applications. Always select the appropriate tip for the task to avoid damaging surfaces.
- Red Tip (0°): Produces a highly concentrated, pinpoint stream for cleaning high areas or extremely tough, localized stains on very durable surfaces. Use with extreme caution.
- Orange Tip (15°): Creates a narrow, powerful spray for removing stubborn dirt and grime from hard surfaces like concrete and metal.
- Green Tip (25°): Provides a medium-fan spray, suitable for general cleaning of wood decks, fences, painted surfaces, and lawn equipment.
- White Tip (40°): Delivers a wide-fan spray for cleaning delicate surfaces such as windows, vehicles, and stucco, or for light rinsing.
- Black Tip (65°): Offers the widest fan spray at low pressure, primarily used for applying detergents or for very gentle rinsing.
- Pink Tip (Soap): Specifically designed for applying soap or cleaning solutions at low pressure.
- Blue Tip (Rinse): Used for rinsing surfaces after detergent application or for general light rinsing.

Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your nozzles.
- After Each Use: Flush all nozzles with clean water to remove any chemical residues or debris.
- Inspection: Periodically inspect the nozzle tips and the turbo nozzle for any signs of wear, damage, or blockages.
- Clean Orifice: If a nozzle tip becomes clogged, use a small wire or the included nozzle cleaning tool (if applicable) to clear the orifice.
- O-Ring Check: Inspect the O-rings on the quick-connect fittings for cracks or wear. Replace damaged O-rings with new ones to prevent leaks.
- Storage: Store all nozzles in a clean, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues, refer to the following common troubleshooting steps:
- Nozzle Not Rotating (Turbo Nozzle):
- Debris: The internal rotating mechanism may be obstructed by debris. Disconnect the nozzle, flush it with water, and gently tap it to dislodge any particles.
- Pressure: Ensure your pressure washer is delivering sufficient and consistent water pressure within the nozzle's operating range (up to 5000 PSI). Insufficient pressure may prevent rotation.
- Wear: Over time, the internal ceramic components can wear. If cleaning does not resolve the issue, the nozzle may need replacement.
- Leaks from Connections:
- Secure Connection: Verify that all quick-connect fittings are fully seated and locked into place.
- O-Rings: Inspect the rubber O-rings on the quick-connect plugs for damage, cracks, or displacement. Replace any worn or damaged O-rings with new ones.
- Compatibility: Confirm that the quick-connect sizes (1/4" or 3/8") match your pressure washer equipment.
- Reduced Spray Power:
- Clogged Nozzle: The nozzle orifice may be partially or fully clogged. Disconnect and clean the nozzle as described in the Maintenance section.
- Pressure Washer Issue: Ensure your pressure washer itself is functioning correctly and producing its rated pressure. Check the water supply and pump.
