4. Setup Instructions

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Inspect for any damage.
  2. Placement: Place the incubator on a flat, stable surface in a room with a consistent temperature (ideally between 20-25°C / 68-77°F) and away from direct sunlight or drafts.
  3. Assembly (if required): Ensure the egg turning trays are correctly positioned within the incubator. The two layers should be stacked securely.
  4. Power Connection: Connect the appropriate power adapter (12V or 220V) to the incubator and then to a suitable power outlet. The LCD display should light up.
  5. Pre-heating: Allow the incubator to run for at least 2-3 hours before placing eggs inside. This allows the internal temperature and humidity to stabilize.
  6. Adding Water: Fill the external water channels through the designated filling ports. Use distilled or demineralized water to prevent mineral buildup.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1. Control Panel Overview

The LCD display shows current temperature, humidity, hatching days, and egg turning countdown. Refer to the specific icons on your control panel for detailed indicators.

5.2. Setting Temperature and Humidity

The incubator comes with pre-set optimal temperatures for common poultry. You can adjust these settings if necessary:

  • Press the 'SET' button to enter temperature adjustment mode.
  • Use the '+' and '-' buttons to increase or decrease the desired temperature.
  • Press 'SET' again to confirm and exit.
  • Humidity is primarily controlled by the amount of water in the channels. Monitor the display and add water as needed to maintain desired levels.

5.3. Placing Eggs

  • Once the incubator has stabilized at the correct temperature and humidity, carefully place the fertilized eggs into the egg turning trays.
  • Ensure eggs are clean and free from cracks.
  • Do not overcrowd the trays. The incubator has a capacity of 112 eggs.

  • After each hatch, unplug the incubator and allow it to cool down.
  • Remove all egg trays and clean them with a mild disinfectant solution. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.
  • Wipe the interior and exterior surfaces of the incubator with a damp cloth and a mild disinfectant. Avoid getting water into electrical components.
  • Ensure all parts are completely dry before reassembling or storing.

6.2. Water Management

  • Regularly check and refill the water channels to maintain optimal humidity levels.
  • Use distilled or demineralized water to prevent mineral buildup, which can affect humidity sensors and overall performance.

6.3. Storage

  • Store the incubator in a clean, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
  • Keep it in its original packaging if possible to protect it from dust and damage.
