4. Maintenance

4.1. Cleaning

To clean your keyboard, gently wipe the surface with a soft, lint-free cloth. For stubborn dirt, slightly dampen the cloth with water or a mild cleaning solution. Avoid using harsh chemicals, abrasive materials, or excessive moisture, as these can damage the keyboard.

4.2. Charging

The keyboard is rechargeable via the included USB-C to USB-A cable. A full charge provides approximately 10 days of use with backlighting enabled, or up to 70 days with backlighting turned off. Battery life may vary depending on usage and environmental conditions.

4.3. Storage

When not in use for extended periods, store the keyboard in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Ensure the keyboard is turned off to preserve battery life.

5. Troubleshooting

5.1. Keyboard Not Connecting

  • Check Power: Ensure the keyboard is turned on and sufficiently charged.
  • Re-pair: If using Bluetooth, try re-pairing the keyboard with your device. For Logi Bolt, ensure the receiver is securely plugged in and try re-pairing via Logi Options+.
  • Interference: Move the keyboard closer to your device or receiver. Avoid placing it near other wireless devices that might cause interference.
  • Driver/Software: Ensure Logi Options+ is installed and up to date, and that your operating system's Bluetooth drivers are current.

5.2. Keys Not Responding

  • Clean Keys: Check for any debris under the keys and clean as described in the Maintenance section.
  • Restart: Turn the keyboard off and on again. Restart your computer.
  • Test Connection: Try connecting the keyboard to a different device to determine if the issue is with the keyboard or the original device.

5.3. Backlighting Issues

  • Battery Level: Ensure the keyboard has sufficient charge. Backlighting may dim or turn off at low battery levels.
  • Logi Options+: Check backlighting settings in Logi Options+ to ensure it's enabled and configured as desired.
  • Environmental Light: The smart backlighting adjusts to ambient light. In bright environments, it may appear off or very dim.
