Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Feeder not powering on. No power from adapter; batteries dead or incorrectly inserted. Check adapter connection and wall outlet. Replace batteries or ensure correct polarity.
Food not dispensing. Food tank empty; food jammed; dispenser outlet blocked; incorrect programming. Refill food tank. Check for food jams (motor has anti-blocking feature, but large kibble can still cause issues). Clear any blockages. Verify meal programming.
Food jamming frequently. Kibble size too large; food too moist. Ensure kibble diameter is between 4-12mm. Use dry food only. Replace desiccant.
Feeder dispenses at wrong times. Incorrect time setting; incorrect meal programming. Reset the current time. Re-program meal times and portions.
Lid not closing securely. Obstruction; safety lock not engaged. Check for food particles or debris around the lid and seal. Ensure the safety lock mechanism is properly engaged.
