3. Specifications

3. Connect the other end of the USB-C cable to the 20W USB-C charger block.
4. Plug the 20W USB-C charger block into a standard wall outlet.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Charging MagSafe-Compatible iPhone

• Ensure the charging stand is powered on.
• Place your MagSafe-compatible iPhone (iPhone 12 series or newer) onto the upper magnetic charging pad. The phone will automatically align and securely attach due to the built-in magnets.
• Charging will begin automatically. The charging power can reach up to 15W.
• The phone can be charged in both portrait and landscape orientations.

5.2 Charging AirPods or Other Wirelessly-Chargeable Devices

• Ensure the charging stand is powered on.
• Place your AirPods (wireless charging version) or other wirelessly-chargeable devices onto the lower charging dock.
• Charging will begin automatically. The charging power can reach up to 5W.

5.3 Adjustable Viewing Angle (360° Rotation)

7. Troubleshooting

Device Not Charging

• Ensure the charger block is securely plugged into a working wall outlet.
• Verify that the USB-C cable is firmly connected to both the charger stand and the power adapter.
• Confirm your device is correctly placed on the charging pad/dock and is MagSafe-compatible (for iPhone) or supports wireless charging (for AirPods/other devices).
