Maintenance
Regular cleaning helps maintain optimal sound quality and extends the lifespan of your earbuds.
Cleaning Earbuds and Earpieces
- Remove the earpieces from the earbuds.
- Gently wipe the earpieces with a soft, dry cloth to remove any earwax or dust. For deeper cleaning, you can wash the earpieces with mild soap and warm water, then rinse thoroughly and dry completely before reattaching.
- For the earbuds themselves, gently blow on the mesh area to dislodge any debris. Use a dry, lint-free cloth to wipe the exterior of the earbuds. Do not use cotton swabs or cloths directly on the mesh, as this can push debris further in and affect sound quality.
- Ensure all components are completely dry before reassembling and placing them back in the charging case.
