Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| No coffee flow / Machine not brewing | Water tank empty; Machine not heated; Brewing head not properly closed; Descaling needed. | Fill water tank; Wait for machine to heat up (solid light); Ensure brewing head is fully locked; Perform descaling. |
| Poor milk foam quality | Milk tank or components dirty; Incorrect milk type/temperature; Milk tank not properly attached. | Clean all milk system components thoroughly; Use fresh, cold milk (preferably whole milk for best foam); Ensure milk tank is securely attached. |
| Machine leaking onto counter | Drip tray full or misplaced; Internal vacuum issue (as per user review). | Empty and correctly place the drip tray. User tip: After brewing, leave the brewing head lid open or partially latched to prevent a partial vacuum from siphoning water from the reservoir into the used pod holder. |
| Used capsules not ejecting | Used capsule container full; Capsule jammed. | Empty the used capsule container; Carefully check for and remove any jammed capsules. |
