Clean Base Automatic Dirt Disposal System User Manual

Model: i series Only i1 i2 i3 i4 i5 i6 i7 i8

Brand: caSino187

1. Introduction

This manual provides essential information for the proper setup, operation, and maintenance of your caSino187 Clean Base Automatic Dirt Disposal System. This system is designed to enhance the convenience of your Roomba i Series robotic vacuum by automatically emptying its dust bin into a sealed bag, reducing the frequency of manual emptying.

The Clean Base also serves as the charging station for your Roomba, ensuring it is always ready for its next cleaning cycle.

2. What's in the Box

  • Clean Base Automatic Dirt Disposal Unit (1)
  • Dirt Disposal Bag (1, pre-installed)
  • Power Cord (1)

Note: This product does NOT include the dust bin that attaches to your Roomba. A compatible dust bin with a green evacuation port/flap is required for automatic dirt disposal functionality.

3. Setup

  1. Choose a Location: Place the Clean Base on a hard, level surface against a wall. Ensure there is clear space around the unit for your Roomba to dock and maneuver.
  2. Connect Power: Plug the power cord into the back of the Clean Base unit, then plug the other end into a standard wall outlet.
  3. Prepare Roomba: Ensure your Roomba i Series vacuum has the necessary green evacuation port/flap on its bottom dust bin. This port is crucial for the Clean Base to automatically remove dirt. If your Roomba's dust bin does not have this feature, you will need to acquire a compatible one (e.g., ASIN B07VZCK933).
  4. Dock Roomba: Guide your Roomba onto the Clean Base. It should automatically align and begin charging.

4. Operating Instructions

Once your Roomba is docked and charging on the Clean Base, it will automatically empty its dust bin after each cleaning cycle. The Clean Base's powerful suction pulls debris from the Roomba's bin into the sealed disposal bag located inside the tower.

  • Automatic Emptying: After completing a cleaning job, your Roomba will return to the Clean Base. The Clean Base will then activate its suction to empty the Roomba's dust bin. This process is automatic and requires no user intervention.
  • Status Indicators: The Clean Base may have indicator lights to show its status (e.g., charging, emptying, bag full). Refer to your Roomba's companion app for detailed status updates and notifications regarding the Clean Base.

5. Maintenance

5.1 Replacing the Dirt Disposal Bag

The Clean Base will notify you (often via the Roomba app) when the dirt disposal bag is full and needs replacement. Replacing the bag is a simple process:

  1. Open the Lid: Lift the lid on top of the Clean Base unit.
  2. Remove Full Bag: Carefully pull the full dirt disposal bag upwards and out of the Clean Base. The bag is designed to seal itself upon removal to prevent dust and debris from escaping.
  3. Dispose: Discard the full bag in your household waste.
  4. Insert New Bag: Take a new dirt disposal bag and slide it into the slot until it clicks securely into place. Ensure the bag is fully seated.
  5. Close Lid: Close the lid of the Clean Base.
