Important Safety Instructions

Setup

Operating Instructions
- Power On: Press the Power Button (⏻) on the LED Smart Display to turn on the grill.
- Activate Fan: Press the Fan Button (⌂) to activate the turbo smoke extraction component. This is crucial for smokeless operation.
- Set Temperature: Use the Up (▲) and Down (▼) arrows to adjust the cooking temperature. The temperature range is from 200°F to 450°F. The LED display will show the set temperature.
- Preheat: Allow the grill to preheat for 5-10 minutes until it reaches the desired temperature.
- Place Food: Carefully place your food onto the preheated grill or griddle plate.
- Use Lid: It is recommended to keep the tempered glass lid on while cooking. This helps to retain heat, speed up cooking, and block the spread of smoke.
