6. Maintenance

Storage

Store the power station in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Thanks to its low self-discharge design, it can be stored at 100% charge for extended periods without significant power loss.

Cleaning

Wipe the exterior with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the unit in water.

Battery Care

For optimal battery health, avoid completely draining the battery frequently. Recharge the unit regularly, especially if it has been stored for a long time.

7. Troubleshooting

  • Unit not turning on: Ensure the battery is charged. If not, connect to an AC outlet and charge.
  • Devices not charging: Check if the power station is turned on and the output ports are activated. Verify that the device is properly connected and compatible with the output voltage/current.
  • Slow charging: Ensure you are using the original Anker charging cables. For rapid AC charging, activate HyperFlash mode via the Anker app. For solar charging, ensure panels are in direct sunlight and correctly connected.
  • Overload protection activated: If the power station shuts down due to overload, disconnect some devices and restart the unit. Ensure the total power consumption of connected devices does not exceed the rated output (1500W AC, 2000W SurgePad).
  • App connectivity issues: Ensure Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are enabled on your smartphone and the power station. Try restarting both the app and the power station.

If problems persist, please refer to the customer support section.
