4. Setup Guide
4.1 Initial Connection
- Connect your monitor(s) to the Mini PC using HDMI or Type-C cables.
- Connect your keyboard and mouse to the available USB ports.
- Connect the power adapter to the DC-in port on the Mini PC and then to a power outlet.
- Press the power button to turn on the Mini PC.

4.2 Operating System Setup
Upon first boot, the system will guide you through the Windows 11 Pro setup process. Follow the on-screen instructions to configure your language, region, network, and user account settings.
4.3 Storage Expansion (Optional)
The TRIGKEY Green G5 Mini PC supports adding a 2.5-inch SATA SSD for additional storage, up to 2TB.
- Ensure the Mini PC is powered off and disconnected from the power supply.
- Unscrew the four screws located at the bottom of the Mini PC.
- Carefully open the back panel.
- Align the 2.5-inch SSD with the provided slot and gently insert it.
- Secure the SSD using the screws provided with the Mini PC.
- Close the back panel and reinstall the bottom screws.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Power On/Off
- Power On: Press the power button located on the front of the device.
- Power Off: Use the Windows shutdown option (Start > Power > Shut down) or press and hold the power button for 5 seconds for a forced shutdown (not recommended for regular use).
5.2 Display Configuration
The Mini PC supports up to three displays simultaneously. To configure multiple displays in Windows:
- Connect all desired monitors to the available HDMI and Type-C ports.
- Press the Windows key + P to open the Project menu.
- Select your preferred display mode (e.g., Duplicate, Extend, Second screen only).

5.3 Network Connectivity
- Wired Connection: Connect an Ethernet cable to one of the two 2.5G LAN ports.
- Wireless Connection: In Windows, click the Wi-Fi icon in the taskbar, select your network, and enter the password.
6. Maintenance
- Keep the Mini PC in a well-ventilated area to prevent overheating. Ensure air vents are not obstructed.
- Regularly clean the exterior with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid liquid cleaners.
- Perform routine software updates for Windows and drivers to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Always shut down the system properly to prevent data corruption.

7.1 No Display
- Check if the monitor is powered on and correctly connected to the Mini PC.
- Ensure the correct input source is selected on your monitor.

- Check disk usage and free up space if the storage drive is nearly full.

- For wired connections, ensure the Ethernet cable is securely plugged into both the Mini PC and the router/modem.
