Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| No power/display off | Loose connection; Car socket issue; Blown fuse in car. | Ensure the transmitter is firmly seated in the car socket. Check if the car socket is working (e.g., by plugging in another device). Consult a mechanic if car fuse is suspected. |
| Static or poor audio quality | FM frequency interference; Weak signal. | Change the FM frequency on both the transmitter and your car radio to an unused channel. Ensure no strong local radio stations are on or near your chosen frequency. |
| Bluetooth not connecting | Bluetooth not enabled on phone; Device not in pairing mode; Already connected to another device. | Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone. Restart both the transmitter (by unplugging and replugging) and your phone. Forget previous Bluetooth connections on your phone and try pairing again. |
| MicroSD/USB playback not working | Unsupported file format; Corrupted files; Card/drive not inserted correctly. | Ensure audio files are in supported formats (MP3/MAV/FLAC/APE/MWA). Reinsert the microSD card or USB drive. Try with a different card/drive to rule out media issues. |
| Charging is slow or not working | Cable issue; Device drawing too much power; Dirty USB port. | Try a different USB cable. Ensure the device you are charging is compatible with the output current. Clean the USB ports on the transmitter. |
