Follow these steps to set up your RENPHO Heating Pad:

1. Unpack: Carefully remove the heating pad and its controller from the packaging.
2. Inspect: Check the heating pad and power cord for any visible damage before first use. Do not use if damaged.
3. Connect Controller: Ensure the controller is securely connected to the heating pad.
4. Plug In: Plug the power cord into a standard 120V AC electrical outlet.

Operating Instructions

Using your RENPHO Heating Pad is simple and intuitive:

1. Positioning the Pad

Place the heating pad on the desired area of your body (neck, shoulders, or back). Remember to wear a piece of clothing between the pad and your skin to prevent direct contact.

2. Powering On/Off

• Press the Power Button () on the controller to turn the heating pad on. The LED display will illuminate.
• Press the Power Button again to turn the heating pad off.

3. Adjusting Heat Settings

• Use the Temperature + () and Temperature - () buttons to cycle through the 6 heat levels (100°F, 110°F, 120°F, 130°F, 140°F, 150°F).
• The selected temperature will be displayed on the LED screen.

4. Setting the Timer

• Press the Timer Changed Button () to select a desired auto-off time: 30, 60, or 90 minutes.
• The remaining time will be shown on the LED display.
• If no timer is set, the product will automatically shut off after 30 minutes by default for safety.

Maintenance and Cleaning

Proper care will extend the life of your heating pad:

• Before Cleaning: Always unplug the heating pad from the power outlet and detach the controller.
• Machine Washable: The heating pad is machine washable. Use cold water (40°C/104°F) on a gentle cycle.
• Drying: Line dry or tumble dry on low heat. Do not tumble dry frequently.
