Setup and Installation
1. Charging the Headset
Before first use, fully charge the 3S Plus Universal headset. Connect the supplied USB-C cable to the headset's charging port and a USB power source. The LED indicator will show charging status.
2. Installing Speakers and Microphone
- Speaker Placement: Attach the speakers inside your helmet using the provided hook and loop fasteners. Ensure they are positioned directly over your ears for optimal sound quality.
- Microphone Selection: Choose between the boom microphone (for open-face or modular helmets) or the wired microphone (for full-face helmets).
- Microphone Installation:
- For the boom microphone, attach it to the inside of the helmet's chin bar using the boom microphone holder and hook and loop fasteners. Position it close to your mouth.
- For the wired microphone, attach it to the inside of the helmet's cheek pad area using the hook and loop fasteners.
- Cable Management: Route all cables neatly under the helmet's padding to prevent interference and ensure comfort.

3. Mounting the Main Unit
The main unit, which contains the control buttons, should be mounted on the exterior of the helmet. Use the double-sided adhesive tapes to securely attach the unit to a flat surface on the side of your helmet, ensuring easy access to the buttons.

Operating Instructions
1. Power On/Off
- Power On: Press and hold the (+) Button and (-) Button for 1 second.
- Power Off: Press and hold the (+) Button and (-) Button for 5 seconds.
2. Bluetooth Pairing (Smartphone)
- With the headset powered off, press and hold the (+) Button for 5 seconds until the LED flashes red and blue alternately.
- On your smartphone, enable Bluetooth and search for new devices.
- Select "Sena 3S Plus" from the list of detected devices.
- If prompted for a PIN, enter "0000".
- Once paired, the LED will flash blue.
3. Intercom Pairing (Other Sena Headset)
- Ensure both 3S Plus headsets are powered on.
- On one headset, press and hold the (+) Button for 5 seconds until the LED flashes red.
- On the second headset, press and hold the (-) Button for 5 seconds until the LED flashes red.
- The headsets will automatically pair and connect. The LED on both units will turn blue.

Troubleshooting
No Power

No Sound or Low Volume
- Check the volume level on both the headset and your connected smartphone.

Pairing Issues

Intercom Disconnection
