Setup

Button Functions:

• MODE: Cycles through different modes (Timekeeping, Stopwatch, Timer, World Time, Alarm).
• ADJUST: Used to enter and exit setting modes, and to confirm settings.
• START: Used to start/stop stopwatch, timer, and to change values during setting.
• LIGHT: Activates the LED backlight.

Setting Time and Date:

1. In Timekeeping Mode, press and hold the ADJUST button until the city code flashes.
2. Use the START button to select your desired city code (time zone).
3. Press MODE to cycle through settings: DST (Daylight Saving Time), 12/24-hour format, Seconds, Hour, Minute, Year, Month, Day.
4. Use the START button to adjust the flashing value.
5. Once all settings are correct, press the ADJUST button to exit the setting mode.

Setting Daily Alarms:

1. From Timekeeping Mode, press MODE until you reach the Alarm Mode (indicated by 'ALM').
2. Press and hold ADJUST until the alarm hour flashes.
3. Use START to adjust the hour. Press MODE to switch to minutes.
4. Use START to adjust the minutes.
5. Press ADJUST to confirm and exit.
6. To toggle the alarm ON/OFF, press START in Alarm Mode.

World Time Function:

The watch features 29 time zones (48 cities). In World Time Mode (indicated by 'WT'), use the START button to scroll through different city codes and view their current times.

12/24-Hour Format:

During time setting, you can switch between 12-hour and 24-hour (military) time formats using the START button when the 12/24-hour setting is flashing.

Operating Functions

Using the Stopwatch:

1. From Timekeeping Mode, press MODE until you reach the Stopwatch Mode (indicated by 'STW').
2. Press START to begin timing.
3. Press START again to stop timing.
4. Press ADJUST to reset the stopwatch to zero.

Using the Countdown Timer:
