Important Safety Information

WARNING: Failure to follow these warnings and instructions could result in serious injury or death.

  • Suffocation Hazard: Infants have suffocated in gaps between extra padding and the side of bassinets/cradles. Use only the pad and sheet provided by the manufacturer. Never add a pillow, comforter, or another mattress for padding. Never leave an infant in a bassinet with the side down unless it is secured to an adult bed. To reduce the risk of Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS), pediatricians recommend healthy infants be placed on their backs to sleep, unless otherwise advised by your physician.
  • Entrapment Hazard: To avoid death from the infant's neck being caught on the top rail of the bedside sleeper, ensure the bedside sleeper is properly positioned and secured. The gap between the bedside sleeper and the adult bed must be no more than 1/2 inch (13mm). Do not fill the gap with pillows, blankets, or other items.
  • The recommended height range of the bed for bedside sleeper mode is 17.7-19.3 inches.
  • Always use all required parts and follow assembly instructions for each mode. Periodically check the product for loose, damaged, or missing parts.
  • Maximum weight recommendation: 20 pounds. Suitable for 0-6 months newborn babies.
