4. Setup Instructions

The SOYO Folding Hand Truck requires minimal assembly, primarily the installation of the wheels.

4.1 Wheel Installation

1. Unpack the hand truck and all components.
2. Locate the 6 caster wheels.
3. Turn the hand truck main unit upside down to expose the wheel attachment points.
4. Align each caster wheel with an attachment hole and push firmly until it clicks securely into place. No tools are required for this plug-in design.

4.2 Unfolding the Hand Truck

1. Place the folded hand truck on a flat surface.
2. Pull up the backrest part of the hand truck until it locks into an upright position.
3. Pull the handle upwards to extend it to your desired height. Press the button on the handle to adjust and lock it.
4. To extend the base plate, locate the orange push buttons on both sides of the base. Press these buttons and pull the base outwards until it locks into the extended position.

4.3 Folding the Hand Truck for Storage

1. Ensure all items are removed from the hand truck.
2. Press the orange buttons on the base plate and push the extendable part inwards until it retracts fully.
3. Press the button on the handle and push the handle downwards until it is fully retracted.
4. Push the backrest part downwards until the entire unit folds flat.

5. Operating Instructions

1. Place items securely onto the extended base plate. Ensure the weight is evenly distributed.
2. Utilize the two included elastic bungee cords to strap down your items. Hook one end of the cord to a designated attachment point on the hand truck, stretch it over your items, and secure the other end to another attachment point.
3. Adjust the telescoping handle to a comfortable height and angle. A 150-degree angle is recommended for optimal stability and comfort.
4. Gently pull or push the hand truck to transport your items. The 360-degree rotating casters allow for smooth and easy maneuverability.
