2. Important Safety Information

• Initial Use: Each sprayer is quality tested at the factory, so a small amount of water may remain in the bottle. For consumer safety, it is recommended to test the machine with pure water for the first use.

4. Assembly

Your EVIKA sprayer comes partially assembled. Follow these steps to complete the setup:

1. Attach the Hose: Connect one end of the 48-inch hose to the sprayer tank outlet and the other end to the spray wand handle. Ensure connections are secure to prevent leaks.
2. Attach the Spray Wand: Securely screw the 22-inch aluminum spray wand to the spray wand handle.
3. Attach the Nozzle: Screw the adjustable brass nozzle onto the end of the spray wand. Tighten until snug.
4. Attach Shoulder Strap: Connect the adjustable shoulder strap to the designated hooks on the sprayer tank. This allows for comfortable carrying during use.

5. Charging the Battery

The EVIKA sprayer is equipped with a 1500mAh rechargeable lithium battery, providing up to 1 hour of continuous spraying on a single charge. Charging takes approximately 2.5 hours.

1. Locate the USB Type-C charging port on the pump unit (integrated into the handle).
2. Connect the provided USB Type-C charging cable to the port.
3. Plug the other end of the USB cable into a compatible USB power adapter (not included).
4. The charging indicator light will illuminate during charging and change color or turn off when fully charged.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1. Filling the Tank

1. Ensure the sprayer is on a flat, stable surface.
2. Unscrew and remove the pump unit from the tank.
3. Carefully pour the desired liquid into the 1-gallon tank. Use the transparent volumetric scale on the side of the tank for accurate measurement. Do not overfill.
4. Securely reattach the pump unit to the tank by screwing it clockwise until tight.

6.2. Pressurizing the Sprayer

The EVIKA sprayer utilizes revolutionary air liquid pump technology, separating the liquid from the pump mechanism to prevent clogs and ensure durability.

1. With the pump unit securely attached, press the power button on the pump unit. The pump will begin to pressurize the tank.
2. The pump will automatically stop once the optimal pressure (up to 101.5 PSI) is reached.

6.3. Spraying

The sprayer features an ergonomic locking handle for continuous or spot spraying.

1. Spot Spraying: Press the trigger on the spray wand handle to initiate spraying. Release to stop.
2. Continuous Spraying: Push the trigger forward to lock it in place for continuous spraying without holding the trigger. Push it back to unlock and stop spraying.

6.4. Adjusting the Nozzle

The brass nozzle allows for easy adjustment between a fine mist and a direct water column spray.

1. Rotate the nozzle head clockwise for a finer mist.
2. Rotate the nozzle head counter-clockwise for a more concentrated water column.

7. Maintenance

7.1. Cleaning After Use

To ensure the longevity and proper function of your sprayer, especially when using chemicals, clean it thoroughly after each use:

1. Empty any remaining liquid from the tank.
2. Fill the tank with clean water.
3. Pressurize the sprayer and spray the clean water through the wand until the tank is empty. This flushes out any chemical residue from the hose and nozzle.
4. Wipe down the exterior of the sprayer with a damp cloth.
